In Chinese energetic terms, the Snake has not yet fully released its skin.
The Horse — with its momentum, expansion, and forward drive — has not landed.

Week 3 — Alignment & energetic coherence

Intention as a state of being

We explore intention at the level of identity and energy — not goals.

Here, subtle resistance dissolves and intention begins to feel embodied, calm, and true.

Week 4 — Integration & living the work

From practice to way of life

We anchor intention into daily life.
Not as something you have to remember to do — but as a way of meeting yourself and the world.
