Yin Yoga Classes
for Summer

A five-week journey of slowing down, balancing the fiery energy of summer and leaning into dreaming and opening your heart.

Monday 8:00pm - 9:15pm

Summer is the perfect time to bring some yin to your yang! A lot of the energy at this time of year is outward, giving, high intentsity with the long hours of day light. It’s a really social time and our body crave nourishment and rest from deep within.

With consistency over the 6 weeks, your body will feel like it has completely unraveled and loosened, tension will start to dissolve from the deeper tissues, you will not just soothe your nervous system but expand its capacity and build resilience.

So if you feel a little exhausted, a little stiff and stuck and you’d like a nurturing practice to lift your energy in a subtle way, then give this class a go!

The classes are guided and no experience is necessary.

What to expect:

  • - Poses are adapted to suit your body, not the other way around!

    - You will be sitting or lying down for the class
    - Mats & property provided, just bring blanket and some cosy socks!
